Tennis Tycoon is a single-player, offline mobile game. Your privacy is important to us, and this policy explains what data we do and do not collect.
Data Collection
Tennis Tycoon is a single-player, offline game. We collect the minimum data necessary to maintain app stability and process in-app purchases. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal contact information.
We process diagnostic data under a legitimate interest basis (maintaining app stability) and purchase data under contract performance (fulfilling your in-app purchase). We do not require consent for these purposes as no personally identifiable information is collected.

What We Do Collect
Crash and Performance Data (Sentry)
We use Sentry, a third-party error monitoring service, to detect and fix crashes and performance issues. Sentry may collect:
Device type, operating system version, and app version
Crash logs, stack traces, and error messages
General performance metrics (app launch time, screen load times)
A randomly generated device identifier (not linked to your Apple ID or personal identity)

Purchase Data (RevenueCat)
In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system. We use RevenueCat, a subscription and purchase management platform, to validate purchase receipts and manage entitlements. RevenueCat may collect:
An anonymous app user ID (generated by the app, not your Apple ID)
Purchase receipts and transaction history (product purchased, date, price)
Device type and operating system version
RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, Apple ID, or payment details (credit card numbers, billing address). All payment processing is handled by Apple. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.
Data Stored On Your Device
Tennis Tycoon stores game save data locally on your device using on-device storage. This data includes your in-game progress (club name, player roster, finances, and other gameplay state). This data:
Never leaves your device
Is not backed up to any server we operate
Is removed when you delete the app
In-App Purchases
Tennis Tycoon offers optional consumable in-app purchases for convenience items. Payments are processed by Apple — we never receive or store your payment information. Purchase receipts are validated through RevenueCat as described above.
Children's Privacy
Tennis Tycoon does not collect personal information from any user, including children under 13 (as defined by COPPA) or under 16 (as defined by GDPR). The app contains no user-generated content, social features, chat functionality, or external links beyond this privacy policy and the App Store purchase flow. The anonymous diagnostic and purchase data described in this policy does not identify individual users of any age.

No third-party advertising services are integrated. There are no advertisements of any kind in the app.
International Data Transfers
Sentry and RevenueCat are US-based services. Diagnostic data and purchase receipt data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, regardless of your country of residence. Both services maintain industry-standard security measures and comply with applicable data protection frameworks. No personally identifiable information is included in these transfers.
Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. This applies to all users, including California residents under the CCPA/CPRA.
Data Retention
Sentry: Crash and performance data is retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted.
RevenueCat: Purchase entitlement data is retained for as long as needed to manage your active purchases. Anonymous user IDs are not linked to any personal identity.
On-device data: Game saves persist until you delete the app or manually clear app data.
Your Rights
Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete from our systems. Your game save data is stored locally on your device and is fully under your control.

Description of the App
Tennis Tycoon is a single-player, offline tennis club management simulation game. You build and manage a tennis club, develop players, compete in tournaments, and grow your reputation. The App does not require an internet connection to play and does not include multiplayer, social, or online features.
Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and the usage rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store through which you obtained the App.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App
Use the App for any commercial purpose
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the App
Attempt to extract the source code of the App
In-App Purchases
The App offers optional consumable in-app purchases for convenience items. These items enhance your experience but are never required to progress or access content — all gameplay content is achievable without spending beyond the initial purchase price.
Key points about in-app purchases:
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. We never handle your payment information.
Consumable items are granted immediately upon successful purchase and cannot be refunded through us. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google through their respective support channels.
In-app purchases have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other consideration.
Prices are set by the App Store or Play Store and may vary by region. Prices displayed in the App are retrieved from the store at the time of purchase.
Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, consumable purchases cannot be restored as they are single-use items. Non-consumable purchases, if offered in future updates, will be restorable through the App's settings.
Game Data
All game data — including save files, settings, and progress — is stored locally on your device. We do not store, access, or back up your game data on any server.
You are responsible for your own game data. If you delete the App, reset your device, or clear app data, your progress will be permanently lost.
We are not liable for lost game data resulting from device failure, app deletion, operating system updates, or any other cause.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including but not limited to game design, text, graphics, user interface, code, and audiovisual elements — is owned by Iain Atkinson and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Tennis Tycoon is a work of fiction. Any resemblance to real persons, tennis organisations, tournaments, or events is coincidental and unintentional. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any professional tennis organisation.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its underlying systems
Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the App
Exploit bugs or glitches for unintended advantage in ways that compromise the App's integrity

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iain Atkinson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to download the App.
