By downloading, installing, or using Tennis Tycoon ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Tennis Tycoon is a single-player, offline tennis club management simulation game. You build and manage a tennis club, develop players, compete in tournaments, and grow your reputation. The App does not require an internet connection to play and does not include multiplayer, social, or online features.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and the usage rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store through which you obtained the App.

The App offers optional consumable in-app purchases for convenience items. These items enhance your experience but are never required to progress or access content — all gameplay content is achievable without spending beyond the initial purchase price.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, consumable purchases cannot be restored as they are single-use items. Non-consumable purchases, if offered in future updates, will be restorable through the App's settings.
All game data — including save files, settings, and progress — is stored locally on your device. We do not store, access, or back up your game data on any server.
All content in the App — including but not limited to game design, text, graphics, user interface, code, and audiovisual elements — is owned by Iain Atkinson and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Tennis Tycoon is a work of fiction. Any resemblance to real persons, tennis organisations, tournaments, or events is coincidental and unintentional. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any professional tennis organisation.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iain Atkinson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to download the App.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable App Store terms, the App Store terms shall prevail.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide updates, support, or maintenance for the App.
Your licence to use the App terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
