Last updated: 27 March 2026
Tennis Tycoon is a single-player, offline mobile game. Your privacy is important to us, and this policy explains what data we do and do not collect.
Tennis Tycoon is a single-player, offline game. We collect the minimum data necessary to maintain app stability and process in-app purchases. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal contact information.
We process diagnostic data under a legitimate interest basis (maintaining app stability) and purchase data under contract performance (fulfilling your in-app purchase). We do not require consent for these purposes as no personally identifiable information is collected.
We use Sentry, a third-party error monitoring service, to detect and fix crashes and performance issues. Sentry may collect:
This data is used solely to diagnose and fix technical issues. It does not include gameplay data, personal information, or anything that identifies you as an individual. Sentry's privacy policy is available at https://sentry.io/privacy/.
In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system. We use RevenueCat, a subscription and purchase management platform, to validate purchase receipts and manage entitlements. RevenueCat may collect:
RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, Apple ID, or payment details (credit card numbers, billing address). All payment processing is handled by Apple. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.
Tennis Tycoon stores game save data locally on your device using on-device storage. This data includes your in-game progress (club name, player roster, finances, and other gameplay state). This data:
Tennis Tycoon offers optional consumable in-app purchases for convenience items. Payments are processed by Apple — we never receive or store your payment information. Purchase receipts are validated through RevenueCat as described above.
Tennis Tycoon does not collect personal information from any user, including children under 13 (as defined by COPPA) or under 16 (as defined by GDPR). The app contains no user-generated content, social features, chat functionality, or external links beyond this privacy policy and the App Store purchase flow. The anonymous diagnostic and purchase data described in this policy does not identify individual users of any age.
Tennis Tycoon integrates the following third-party services:
| Service | Purpose | Data Collected |
|---|---|---|
| Sentry | Crash reporting and performance monitoring | Device info, crash logs, anonymous device ID |
| RevenueCat | Purchase receipt validation and entitlement management | Anonymous user ID, purchase receipts, device info |
No third-party advertising services are integrated. There are no advertisements of any kind in the app.
Sentry and RevenueCat are US-based services. Diagnostic data and purchase receipt data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, regardless of your country of residence. Both services maintain industry-standard security measures and comply with applicable data protection frameworks. No personally identifiable information is included in these transfers.
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. This applies to all users, including California residents under the CCPA/CPRA.
Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete from our systems. Your game save data is stored locally on your device and is fully under your control.
Regardless of your location, you may:
For EU/EEA/UK residents: Under the GDPR/UK GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
For California residents: Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.
For Australian residents: Under the Australian Privacy Act, you may contact us to access or correct any personal information we hold. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
For Canadian residents: Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access and challenge the accuracy of your personal information. You may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be noted in the app's update release notes on the App Store.
